General information for our guests

Welcome to the "Nagelfluh" vacation apartment! We wish you a wonderful vacation and relaxing days

Car parking 
The parking lot is directly in front of the house. We ask you to park in such a way that there is room for at least a second car. Especially in winter it is an advantage for the snow removal service if you park as close as possible to the house wall (please only park forwards). 

Waste sorting 
We ask you to separate your waste. Please put paper, plastic, cans, glass and composite waste in the gray bin. Please put residual waste in the yellow-green bin with the plastic bag. When these are full, please put the bins down by the front door. We will then dispose of the waste and return the empty bins to you. Please put kitchen waste in the brown bucket. As we have our own compost, we ask you not to throw any meat or food scraps into the compost bin. The compost bin is located behind the house. 

Infrastructure 
In the village center (5 min to walk) there is a bakery, which is open Mon - Sat. In the center you will also find two traditional inns, a pizzeria, a coffee shop, a grocery store and a "cheese store" where you can buy local dairy and organic products. Please consider the open hours of the different locations!
Internet & TV 
We offer you free internet via a wireless network. Search for the network "FeWo_Nagelfluh" on your internet-enabled device. The password is: Nagel_Fluh!2025 
A Google Chromecast is connected to the TV set. To do this, select the "HDMI 2" connection under "Source" on the Samsung remote control. You can then stream the content from your mobile device to the TV. The mobile device must be connected to the above-mentioned Wi-Fi!
  
Whirlpool
Please only use the whirlpool function of the bath if there is sufficient water in the bath. The whirlpool can become defective if used incorrectly!   
Function: The first press switches on continuous operation; the second press switches the pool to intermittent operation and the third press switches the whirlpool function off. Please note that the whirlpool is not a children's toy!

Departure 
We ask you to leave the apartment by 10:30 am at the latest on the day of departure. Since the arrival of the next guests is possible from 3 pm, we need the time in between to clean and prepare the apartment.
The apartment must be left swept clean. The dishes should also be washed and put back in the cupboards. In the event of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee. Thank you for your understanding!
 
Terms of payment 
Please pay your apartment bill during your stay, but no later than the evening before your departure. Payment is possible in cash, via Paypal ([email protected]) or with Bitcoin. Of course, we can also issue a formal invoice on request.  
For guests who have booked via Airbnb, please note that a guest tax of €2.00 / person aged 15 and over is payable!
